As we reach the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to pause, breathe, and say a genuine thank you. Ant & Grace is still a young business, still growing, still learning, still experimenting — and every single person who has supported us this year has been part of that journey.

Whether you bought something, messaged us, shared a post, or even just had a look at what we’re making, it truly means the world. Small businesses don’t grow because of big marketing teams, they grow because real people choose to support them — and we never take that for granted.

A Year of Starting, Learning & Building

This year was about beginnings, not big milestones.
About figuring things out, trying new designs, making mistakes, learning new techniques, and slowly shaping what Ant & Grace is becoming.

We spent the year:

  • developing our gothic range

  • creating modern and contemporary pieces

  • designing new vases, ornaments, and wall plaques

  • learning more about 3D printing and its limits (and surprises!)

  • experimenting with sizes, colours, and textures

  • discovering which prints our customers loved

  • and exploring early ideas for future metal casting

It wasn’t huge growth or a perfect journey — but it was real, steady progress. The kind of progress that matters.

A Cosy, Honest Christmas at Ant & Grace

If we’re being completely real, our studio at Christmas isn’t like something from a glossy advert. It’s simple, full of prints at different stages, cups of half-drunk tea, and ideas scribbled down on paper. There’s a heater humming in the corner, printers quietly tapping away, and us trying to stay organised while still being creative.

But that’s the beauty of a small business Christmas — it’s personal.
It’s not polished, and it doesn’t need to be.

Every order feels special.
Every message feels appreciated.
Every printable design feels like the start of something bigger.

We’re not overloaded, we’re not shipping thousands of parcels, and we’re not pretending to be a company we aren’t. We’re just building something we love, step by step.

Looking Ahead to Next Year — Realistically, Not Romantically

Next year won’t be about becoming a huge business overnight.
It’ll be about continuing to grow, create, and learn.

Here’s what we hope (not promise!) to explore in the coming months:

  • more gothic pieces, because people really love them

  • more modern and minimalist prints, especially sculptural designs

  • more variety in vases, ornaments, and home décor

  • more experimenting with new materials

  • trying out metal casting properly (even if it’s messy at first!)

  • building the website slowly but steadily

  • offering more custom requests as we grow

No pressure, no unrealistic expectations — just gentle progress.

A Small Thank You, From Us to You

If you supported us this year in any small way, please know this:

🖤 You helped our little business stay alive.
🖤 You helped us keep printing, designing, and learning.
🖤 You gave us confidence to keep going.
🖤 And you helped build the foundation for what Ant & Grace will become.

It may not seem like much, but to us, it’s huge.

Our Quiet Wish for the New Year

We don’t want a big transformation.
We don’t want to suddenly become something perfect.
We simply want:

  • more creativity

  • more learning

  • more designs we’re proud of

  • more customers who truly love what they buy

  • and another year of growing at our own pace

And if you stay with us on that journey, even just as a follower or a quiet supporter, that’s more than enough.

Happy Christmas from Our Little Studio

Wherever you are, whatever you celebrate, we hope the end of this year brings you calm, joy, and time with the people who matter most.

Thank you for being part of our beginning.
Thank you for giving this small business a chance.
And thank you for believing in what we’re building — even while it’s still taking shape.

From our home and studio to yours…

Merry Christmas, and here’s to a hopeful New Year.
🖤🎄✨
